A structural steel angle L3x3x1/4 provides deck support adjacent to a wide-flange steel column sized per plan or elevation. One-quarter-inch fillet welds secure the angle assembly. An alternate angle location is indicated for specific framing geometries. Case configurations accommodate varying column sizes and deck span directions, with Case B restricted to W24 and larger columns.
