An anchor bolt is embedded four inches minimum into an eight-inch masonry wall, maintaining a one-inch minimum grout clearance around all sides. A number four wire tie, one foot zero inches long, is tied to the anchor bolt at the hex head. All anchor bolts shall be accurately set with templates. The assembly specifies a one-inch minimum spacing between the inside face of the masonry and the outside face of the hex head.
