Metal stud walls sized per schedule are framed with thirty-three mils minimum thickness and finished per architectural drawings. A continuous track caps the wall studs and is secured with two number eight screws at each stud to top track connection. Ceiling joists sized per schedule tie into the framing with number eight screws spaced at eight inches on center. Ceiling ties are provided as indicated in the schedule. Where full height partitions occur, coordinate with detail five.
