A structural steel base plate anchored to a concrete slab by vertical threaded rods tied to an embedded shape. A six-inch square bar of Grade 50 steel is welded around the plate with five-eighths-inch fillet welds. Seventy-six three-quarter-inch diameter by five-inch headed stud anchors are spaced at six inches on each side. Nuts and washers secure the assembly from both top and bottom.
