A concrete slab features a turn-down edge supported by subgrade prepared per geotechnical requirements. The slab includes number five reinforcing bars placed at the top and bottom, alongside an exterior slab connection. A galvanized angle measuring 4x4x1/4 inches is embedded at the transition, anchored by number four reinforcing bars spaced at one foot on center across the entire rough opening. Door armor is provided per architectural specifications, maintaining a half-inch clearance and a minimum one-foot six-inch depth.
