Precast concrete panels meet at a corner reinforced with a 4x4x3/8-inch angle five inches long and a 1/2-inch by 8-inch plate eight inches long equipped with two number 5 reinforcing bars three feet long spaced at 4 inches on center. A welded connection secures the embedded steel components, followed by grouting the joint. The assembly incorporates 4x4-W2.1xW2.1 welded wire reinforcement within the concrete panels.
