An inverted V concentric braced frame connection features two buckling-restrained braces intersecting at a beam midspan workpoint. A gusset plate connects to the underside of the beam, which includes twelve-millimeter web stiffeners on each side of the web typically. Buckling-restrained brace and pin connections are provided by others with a variable brace angle. Gusset plate design, plate thickness, and welds comply with the buckling-restrained brace manufacturer specifications referenced on sheet S2.0.
