A generator platform assembly located at the east platform features a top of steel elevation of 82 feet 3.5 inches. The framing utilizes HSS 4x4x3/8 hollow structural section columns braced by L3x3x1/4 structural angles. A one-inch maximum gap is maintained between the platform structure and the electrical generator unit. Guardrails are provided at the platform edge per detail 24 on sheet S-502.
