A six-inch concrete slab with number three reinforcing bars at eighteen inches on center each way ties into a precast concrete wall panel reinforced vertically with number four bars at ten inches on center and horizontally at twelve inches on center. The wall panel sits on a continuous concrete footing measuring three feet wide by one foot deep, featuring two number five continuous top bars, one number four continuous bar, and three number four bottom bars with three inches of clear cover over an erection pad with one inch of grout. A steel pipe handrail extends upward through the top of the wall panel, secured inside a close-fitting pipe sleeve welded to a three-inch by three-inch by quarter-inch steel plate embedded in the concrete. The assembly includes two number five continuous bars at the top of the wall and variable vertical dimensions referenced to architectural panel elevations.
