A channel stringer, sized per plan as C12, connects to a support using a standard bolted shear tab. The channel web is welded to the shear tab with a three-sixteenths inch fillet weld on three sides. The shear tab connects to the support with three vertical bolts, positioned at a distance specified per architectural drawings.
