A concrete slab edge supports a concrete masonry unit curb with vertical dowels featuring standard hooks per plan. Additional number five continuous reinforcing bars run along the slab edge beneath the curb. Top reinforcing consists of number four bars at eighteen inches on center with standard hooks minimum. Clear cover is maintained per plan throughout the assembly.
