A precast concrete sandwich wall panel features an extruded polystyrene foam insulation layer sandwiched between concrete wythes, joined with a cold joint. The inside and outside faces are reinforced with longitudinal bars designated per the structural schedule. Confinement reinforcement and additional reinforcing bars are placed around the panel rib per the structural schedule. Dimensions and panel widths are sized per the panel elevation.
