A steel column base plate is anchored to a concrete pile cap with anchor bolts secured by a plate washer and double nut at the embedded end. The pile cap features top and bottom reinforcing bars and internal embed plates. Elevation markers indicate the top of slab, top of concrete, and top of steel.
