A concrete shear wall overlay connects to an existing concrete shear wall and slab at Level 1. The connection utilizes number 4 epoxy dowels measuring 3 feet long spaced at 12 inches on center with a 3-inch embedment into the concrete slab. A top row of epoxy dowels is spaced at 12 inches within the 2-foot-6-inch concrete shear wall overlay zone. Additional information is referenced on sheet 14/S6.203.
