A hollow structural section measuring 20 inches by 4 inches with a 1/4 inch wall thickness is welded to a base plate measuring 3/8 inch by 7 inches by 1 foot 8 1/2 inches with a 1/4 inch fillet weld. The assembly is secured to a concrete substrate using four 5/8 inch diameter by 5 inch Titen HD heavy-duty concrete screw anchors. The base plate is anchored with specified edge distances and clearances.
