A protective sealer is applied to all horizontal and vertical junctions between the column or wall and the slab on grade, extending two feet six hundred millimeters above the top of the slab at all parking levels. Sealant is detailed at the interface of the vertical element and the sloping slab on grade. The slab bears on subgrade specified per project requirements.
