A continuous L5x3x1/4 structural angle supports the metal roof deck and connects to the steel beams. The angle is welded continuously on three sides using one-quarter inch fillet welds. Stacked steel beams, sized per plan, form the vertical framing members with welded joints spaced one foot six inches on center. The metal roof deck terminates at the framing assembly.
