Unreinforced concrete deck openings are permitted up to a maximum size of thirteen inches in diameter or square when centered on the deck low flute, or up to six inches when located at random. The thirteen-inch opening is restricted to a maximum of two webs and one low flute cut. The six-inch random opening is restricted to a maximum of one low flute cut.
