An aluminum rectangular tube measuring 6x6 inches is welded with a one-quarter inch fillet weld to a thirteen-sixteenths inch thick aluminum base plate. The square base plate measures one foot two inches across with typical one-and-one-half inch offsets and is secured by four seven-eighths inch diameter by ten-inch embedded stainless steel anchor bolts. The entire assembly bears over a one-inch thick layer of non-shrink grout.
