A continuous wood sill plate bears on a concrete slab and connects to a vertical concrete wall. Triple wood studs secure to the concrete wall using three-quarter-inch diameter epoxy anchors spaced at twelve inches on center. The wood studs wall assembly rises from the continuous sill plate.
