Cold-formed metal framing members intersect at the ceiling and wall junction, secured with two number eight screws at each joist and stud connection. The continuous top track receives vertical metal studs of minimum thirty-three mils thickness, fastened with two number eight screws at each stud to the top track. Ceiling ties sized 362T125-43 attach to the ceiling joist with two minimum number eight screws at each joist. Finish layers are installed per architectural specifications.
