A gravity column anchor bolt connection is anchored into concrete. The assembly utilizes a 1 1/4 inch diameter anchor bolt with a leveling nut and a hooked embedment of one foot with a four-inch hook length. A base plate of thickness T is specified per schedule and sits above a maximum three-inch layer of non-shrink grout. Washers are provided at oversized holes under the top nut assembly.
