Two cold-formed steel studs are fastened to opposite faces of a hollow structural section member. The attachment is made using one-quarter inch diameter Tek screws spaced at twelve inches on center for each stud, complying with ICC-ES evaluation report ER-1976. A maximum dimension of five feet is maintained.
