A structural base plate bearing on a layer of three-inch maximum non-shrink grout over a concrete foundation. The assembly is secured by one-and-one-quarter-inch diameter anchor bolts featuring hooked ends with a four-inch hook length and one-foot-zero-inch embedment depth. Each anchor bolt includes a leveling nut beneath the base plate and a standard nut with a minimum washer at oversized holes on top. The base plate thickness is designated as 't' and sized per the structural schedule.
