An HSS jamb connects to a concrete stemwall foundation sized per plan. The assembly uses a base plate measuring 1/2 inch by 10 inches by 1 foot 10 inches secured with four post-installed anchor rods per schedule. A typical 3/16 inch fillet weld joins three sides typically. Reinforcing and clearances are dimensioned relative to the concrete edge.
