A cantilevered steel floor beam frames into a supporting steel beam via a one-half-inch thick shear tab welded with a five-sixteenth-inch fillet weld. The web connection utilizes three seven-eighth-inch diameter bolts on each side. The flanges feature complete joint penetration welds with standard weld access holes.
