The interface between a new basement mat slab, a concrete wall, and an existing pile cap set at a parking level of minus three feet six inches. A bond breaker is installed between the existing pile cap, the new mat slab, and the concrete wall to allow for independent movement. A buildup slab is positioned above the structural elements as indicated.
