An end plate measuring 1 1/4 by 9 inches is fastened with threaded rods spaced at 3 inches, 8 inches, and 1 foot intervals. The assembly ties into existing concrete panel edges and an existing concrete buttress beyond, adjacent to existing roof plywood. Field verify locations of cored holes and threaded rods prior to fabrication of the end plate.
