A glulam beam bears onto a glulam column connection supported by a three-quarter-inch bent plate with quarter-inch stiffener plates. Four half-inch diameter through bolts secure the bent plate assembly through the column. A two-by-four tenon on the column fits into a mortise in the end of the glulam beam. Simpson HTS straps are provided on each side of the column tying into the cross-laminated timber slab.
