A structural steel waler and cold-formed channel are tied back to a cast-in-situ concrete wall using adjustable threaded anchors. The 120 millimeter thick concrete wall incorporates horizontal reinforcing bars and embeds a parallel flange channel secured with 5 millimeter flat washers and 10 millimeter reinforcing bar bends spaced at 300 millimeters on center. A structural hollow section waler is positioned below, fastened with bolted connection assemblies and referenced to typical tie-back details on sheet S5.2. A braced frame column is located beyond the primary section plane at a variable spacing.
