Precast concrete wall panel reinforcing configurations are detailed for single curtain, double curtain, and alternating horizontal arrangements. Vertical reinforcing and horizontal reinforcing sizes and spacings are directed to the reinforcing schedule. The exterior face of the precast concrete panel is cast down with a three-quarter-inch maximum reveal depth typical. Vertical rebar placement requires one-inch clearance from the panel face or one and three-quarter inches clear from the panel face depending on the curtain configuration. At the contractor's option, horizontal bars may be swapped to the other side of the vertical bar to facilitate chair support. At panels without reveals, vertical reinforcement is placed at the centerline of the panel.
