A depressed concrete slab connects to a continuous concrete foundation curb with two continuous number five top and bottom reinforcing bars. The exterior slab and curb feature number four continuous reinforcement with number four dowels measuring thirty inches long spaced at eighteen inches on center. A cold-formed steel track measuring 600T150-43 is anchored to the concrete with five-eighths inch diameter by six inch long Titen anchors spaced at forty-eight inches on center. A 600S162-43 cold-formed steel stud is installed at sixteen inches on center unless noted otherwise.
