A post-tensioning anchor assembly at the stressing end features an anchor bearing against a bulkhead with a pocket former installed flush for a tight seal. A greased and sheathed strand passes through a clear grease-filled tube that overlaps the sheathing. Wedges are inserted into the pocket after removing the pocket former at the time of stressing. Following stressing and engineer's approval, the strand is cut and a grease-filled end cap is installed tightly against the anchor. The stressing pocket is then filled per general notes.
