A square base plate is centered around a hollow structural section column with four corner anchor bolts. A centered grout hole is provided with a size matching the anchor bolt hole size. A five-sixteenth inch or American Welding Society minimum weld connects the assembly per plan requirements. Edge distances measure two inches to equal spaces across the plate width.
