Wall Type A connects to the base and head structure using mechanical anchors and sheet metal screws. The base secures with one-quarter-inch diameter by one-and-seven-eighths-inch Hilti KH-EZ anchors spaced at twenty-four inches on center with a two-inch minimum clearance. The head framing connects using number ten sheet metal screws spaced at six inches on center in a staggered pattern.
