A three-quarter-inch diameter all-threaded rod anchors through an existing unreinforced masonry wall and steel channel to interior steel framing. A 6x6x3/8-inch bearing plate on the exterior face of the wall is secured with slip-on lock nuts and slotted plate washers. A steel channel ledger with drilled holes accommodates the through rod, utilizing couplers where extensions are required. Floor joists are supported per plan with top flange hangers spanning from existing steel members.
