Post-tensioned tendon anchorage assemblies, including stressing and fixed end configurations embedded in concrete slabs or beams. The stressing end features a plastic pocket former and anchorage attached to the edge form, enclosing a post-tensioning anchorage with a 12 to 14 inch stress tail and a protective sleeve. The fixed end utilizes a post-tensioning anchorage sealed with an end-cap and positioned over a bar chair with a height set to half the concrete thickness minus one-quarter inch. Reinforcing steel positioning includes center of gravity of steel dimensions sized per plan and minimum two-inch clearances.
