An insulated concrete wall assembly features a horizontal cold joint reinforced with two number five bars each face and number four ties spaced at ten inches on center. The exterior face includes extruded polystyrene foam insulation. An embedded angle ledger ties into the concrete mass at an eighteen-inch vertical spacing. Clearances measure one and one-quarter inches.
