A reinforced concrete pier foundation supports a football goal post assembly with a rotating and hinged access frame kit per manufacturer specifications. The cylindrical footing has a diameter of three feet and features twelve vertical number six reinforcing bars equally spaced with number four ties at three inches on center. Three-quarter-inch diameter anchor bolts with eighteen-inch minimum embedment secure a half-inch base plate at the top of the pier. Finish grade is provided by others around the perimeter of the access frame.
