Cold-formed steel wall framing consists of 362S162-43 studs spaced at 16 inches on center bearing on a joist per section. A 54-mil continuous plate connects to the metal deck flutes above using number 10 screws at 16 inches on center to each of two low flutes minimum. Top track 362T150-43 fastens to the continuous plate with number 10 screws to each leg and two number 10 screws at 16 inches on center. An 800S200-68 strongback is positioned on each side of the drop studs, secured with two number 10 screws to each stud for a maximum 12-foot span between beams. A note specifies that the strongback end connection to the wide flange beam beyond is per detail 9/SF 4.41.
