An eccentric stair midlanding hanger support connects a hollow structural section or channel hanging beam to a steel floor beam via a web stiffener. The hanger member and its top and bottom connections are provided by the stair supplier, aligning with the centerline of the beam section. The broken back hollow structural section or channel stair stringer frames into the hanging assembly with the stair deck omitted for clarity. All connections must adhere to general structural notes while allowing for proposed adequate alternatives from the stair supplier.
