A sprinkler main riser passes through a continuous concrete footing with a minimum two-inch clearance all around unnoted otherwise. The assembly includes a sonotube for the sprinkler main centered within concrete fill of the same width as the footing. A cold joint is located above the fill, and finished grade at farside sits one foot six inches minimum above the footing top. Vertical dimensions dictate a maximum three-foot offset from the finished grade to the centerline, and precast panels with reinforcing bars are tied into the structural arrangement.
