The pad has a thickness of 3 1/2 inches and is reinforced with number 4 bars at 16 inches on center each way with 6-inch hooks in low flutes parallel to the deck span. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and its anchorage are provided by others. Minimum edge distance for anchors is 6 inches.
