An existing hollow structural section column is centered on an existing two-inch thick by twenty-four inch wide by two feet ten inches long steel base plate. The assembly is secured using new epoxy anchor bolts sized per schedule, positioned with typical edge distances of nine and one-half inches and four and one-half inches. Centerline grid intersections align with the column axis for structural layout. Section cut indicators A-A run along the base plate boundary.
