The opening is framed with two 800S250-68 back-to-back jamb studs supporting an 800T150-43 header track. A T150-54 cap track matches the jamb and is fastened with number eight screws on each leg spaced at twelve inches on center. A 1-1/2 inch by 1-1/2 inch by 54-mil angle, cut to stud depth less one-half inch, connects the header and cap track with three number eight screws to each. A six-inch cripple matches the jamb and connects to the cap track with four number eight screws. The base of the jamb is anchored with two 1/4-inch diameter by 2-inch embedment Titen HD concrete screws at four inches on center with a minimum 4-inch edge distance.
