A six-inch thick reinforced concrete slab sits atop four inches of structural foam insulation and a concrete-filled metal floor deck. The housekeeping pad perimeter is anchored by number four dowels drilled and epoxied into the slab with three inches of embedment at eighteen inches on center. The entire assembly bears upon a structural steel framing beam sized per plan.
