Galvanized metal bar grating bears on a steel channel secured to the face of a concrete tilt-up wall and concrete slab-on-grade pour-back. The connection utilizes three-quarter-inch diameter by five-inch long Kwik-Hus EZ concrete anchors fastening both the slab pour-back and the wall panel. The concrete slab rests on granular fill over subgrade and incorporates vertical and horizontal reinforcing steel. Additional framing and connection details beyond the immediate opening are referenced to separate drawings.
