An insulated precast concrete wall panel connects laterally for out-of-plane forces to an HSS12x6x3/8 hollow structural section steel beam. The panel attachment plate is provided by the preeaster and features a three-inch horizontal slotted hole at each panel tieback. The tieback assembly provides lateral support only, with the general contractor coordinating installation with the preeaster.
