A steel beam supports a metal roof deck with a 1-1/2 inch bearing condition and bracing spaced at seven feet on center maximum unless noted otherwise. The exterior wall consists of six-inch by eighteen-gauge metal studs spaced at sixteen inches on center with a continuous track and a six-inch by sixteen-gauge track member at the top. Exterior finishes are coordinated per architectural drawings.
