A C8 channel connects to an existing concrete wall using a welded embed plate secured with expansion bolts. The structural channel frames adjacent to the concrete slab with a twelve inch minimum clearance dimension. Connection details follow the requirements outlined in Table A. Bolted connections join the channel web to the embed plate assembly.
